Owner Jeff Rauenhorst has spent the last decade working with Vigilent and data center professionals. As the first employee of Vigilent, Jeff helped build the company. Over his career at Vigilent, he has defined the business model, hired the first salespeople, built the Operations team, and started the Analytics as well as the Customer Success businesses. He has always been focused first on customer success, working directly with customers to ensure they are successful with Vigilent. Jeff has an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Notre Dame.
